About Us
Every day, people in our community face systems that are confusing and hard to access. Forms, fragmented services, and language or cultural barriers can make asking for help overwhelming. Too often, those who need support most are left on their own.
That’s where we come in.
Based in Glen Huntly, we walk alongside individuals and families to help them access health, disability, aged care, housing, and community services. From applying for the NDIS or aged care, to navigating Centrelink, housing, or mental health support, we provide clear guidance, advocacy, and compassionate care every step of the way. We work with people from diverse backgrounds, including refugees, older Australians, people with disability, and carers. Our services are culturally sensitive, multilingual, and designed to make everyone feel heard, respected, and supported. Our person-centred approach includes helping people access financial supports, healthcare, mental health services, and education programs, as well as providing after-hours and crisis support.
We believe everyone deserves to feel supported, valued, and connected. We don’t just help people access services—we help them find stability, dignity, and a sense of belonging in their community.
Our Mission
